Let him sniff the bones and toys around the shop and check out any dog that may be in the store. Also, let the store employees know that it’s his birthday and you are giving him a roam as a birthday gift, they might as well offer something or treat your pet a special present.
Special homemade dog treats is also a great way to treat your dog. You can bake healthy, delicious and beautiful cakes as treats on his birthday. Let him stay with you in the kitchen while you are doing the cooking and let him join you in your preparation and let him lick any left over dough from the bowl after the dog treats get into the oven.
A long, slow walk with lots of smell stops is also a good dog birthday gift. On his birthday, let him feel special by forgetting time constraints and allow him to explore the environment for anything that he can sniff. By doing so, he can be relieved from stress and be truly relaxed.
